Return & Exchange Policy

Infinity Coffee stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your coffee purchase, we're here to help. Our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process simple and straightforward for our valued customers.
 
We want you to experience the joy of Infinity Coffee without any concerns.

HOW IT WORKS


Eligibility: Returns or replacements must be requested within 30 days of purchase


Condition: Unused coffee (sealed bag).


Refund: Full refund (excluding shipping and taxes) will be issued to the original payment method.


Replacement: If preferred, we’ll send you a new bag of the same or a different roast.

 

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact our customer service team at support@infinitycoffee.com with your order number and reason for return.
 

2. We’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.
 

3. Once received, we’ll process your refund or replacement within *3-5 business days*.

Exceptions:
- Opened bags are not eligible for return.
- Final sale items (e.g., clearance or discounted products) are non-refundable.

We want you to love every sip of Infinity Coffee—if you don’t, we’ll make it right!
